Thank you for your interest in the End of Year Reset Campaign (the “Program”) offered by MPWRSource, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these Terms & Conditions and Membership Agreement carefully before purchasing any of the bundles listed below. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Overview

The End of Year Reset Campaign includes three bundle options (the “Bundles”):

1. The All-Inclusive Bundle

Includes:

2. Delivery of Products and Services

• Physical Product (Book): The book will be shipped directly by Amazon to the mailing address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary.
• Digital Items: Digital journals and digital certificates will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 3–5 business days of purchase.
• Access Items: Access to Momentum Mondays and MPWRHub will be granted via email instructions sent within 3–5 business days.
• Gifts: If purchasing as a gift, please provide the recipient’s full name and email address. Recipients will be required to complete the Membership Agreement Form before access is granted.
  
  

3. Gifting Policy

You may purchase any bundle as a gift for another individual.
If you do so:

• The gift recipient must complete a separate Membership Agreement to activate their access to any ongoing programs (Momentum Mondays or MPWRHub).
• The purchaser remains responsible for providing accurate recipient information.
• Once a gift purchase is made, no changes or substitutions are permitted.

4. Non-Refundable Purchase

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this program (which includes digital, shipped, and membership-based components), no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase.

5. Membership Agreement

By purchasing or receiving one of the Bundles, you (or the gift recipient) agree to the following membership terms:

• Access Duration:

1. Momentum Mondays access continues through December 31, 2026.
2. MPWRHub (for All-Inclusive participants only) access is valid through the duration of the included membership term.
1. Conduct & Participation:
   Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally in all online sessions, forums, and communications associated with the Program.
   
   
2. Intellectual Property:
   All materials provided (digital journals, recordings, resources, and certificates) are the intellectual property of MPWRSource, LLC and are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.
3. No Guarantees:
   The Company makes no guarantees regarding personal outcomes or results. The Program is designed for educational and motivational purposes only.
4. Termination:
   The Company reserves the right to revoke access to any participant who violates these terms or engages in conduct that disrupts the experience of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Your sole remedy is limited to the value of the purchase price.

The Parties and its representatives (a) will protect and keep confidential the existence of this Agreement, its terms and conditions and any other information obtained from each other, and from any other MPWRPeople member, in connection with this Terms or related to the Services that is identified as confidential or proprietary or that, given the nature of such information or the manner of its disclosure, reasonably should be considered confidential or proprietary (including but not limited to all information relating to technology, customers, business plans, marketing activities and finances), (b) will use such information only for the purpose(s) for which it was originally disclosed and in any case only for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under these terms, and (c)will return all such information to promptly upon the termination of these terms. All such information will remain each Parties’ exclusive property, and each will have no rights to use such information except as expressly provided herein. Each Parties will not use any trade name, trademark, service mark, logo or commercial symbol, or any other proprietary rights or any their affiliates in any manner without prior written authorization of such use by the other Party.
