Thank you for your interest in the One-On-One Purpose-Driven Leadership & Business Coaching (the “Program”) offered by MPWRSource, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these Terms & Conditions and Membership Agreement carefully before purchasing any of the bundles listed below. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Overview

The One-On-One Purpose-Driven Leadership & Business Coaching includes three options:

1. Purpose Reset (1-hour Session)

Includes: a 1-hour coaching session

Includes:

• 1 coaching session/month (60 minutes)
• Activate Your Superpower: Lead and Live with Purpose Book + Journal
• Email support between sessions
• Monthly purpose-driven action assignments

Includes:

• 1 coaching session/month (75 minutes)
• The Activate Your Superpower: Lead and Live with Purpose Book and Journal and Lead Self: The Foundation of Empowering Leadership
• Email Support Between Sessions
• Quarterly brand/leadership review

Includes:

• 2 coaching sessions/month (120 minutes)
• Books including: Activate Your Superpower: Lead and Live with Purpose Book and Journal, Lead Self: The Foundation of Empowering Leadership, The Ultimate Brand Strategy Guide and Workbook, and The Foundations of Business Consulting
• Unlimited email support
• Quarterly reset support
• Access to one seat into MPWRPeople's learning management system, MPWRHub

• Physical Products (Books): The book will be shipped directly by Amazon to the mailing address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary.
• Digital Items: Digital journals and digital certificates will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 3–5 business days of purchase.
• Access Items: Access to Momentum Mondays and MPWRHub will be granted via email instructions sent within 3–5 business days.

The purchaser will be billed according to their selection, either in full or monthly, and payment is due upon receipt. The Company expects payments to be made in accordance with the terms of the invoice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause, by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days prior notice in writing.  If Member cancels their membership prior to the end of their term, they will not receive any reimbursement of Membership fee.

MPWRPeople may terminate this Agreement immediately upon non-payment of fees owed, in their sole and absolute discretion.

3. Membership Agreement

By purchasing or receiving one of the Options, you agree to the following membership terms:

1. Access Duration:
1. Momentum Mondays access continues through length of agreement.
2. MPWRHub (for All-Inclusive participants only) access is valid through the duration of the included membership term.
2. Conduct & Participation:
   Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally in all online sessions, forums, and communications associated with the Program.
   
   
3. Intellectual Property:
   All materials provided (digital journals, recordings, resources, and certificates) are the intellectual property of MPWRSource, LLC and are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.
4. No Guarantees:
   The Company makes no guarantees regarding personal outcomes or results. The Program is designed for educational and motivational purposes only.
5. Termination:
   The Company reserves the right to revoke access to any participant who violates these terms or engages in conduct that disrupts the experience of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited loss of business opportunity, revenue, profits or business interruption, arising from participation in the Program, advice or information provided by Company. Your sole remedy is limited to the value of the purchase price.

The Parties and its representatives (a) will protect and keep confidential the existence of this Agreement, its terms and conditions and any other information obtained from each other, and from any other MPWRPeople member, in connection with this Terms or related to the Services that is identified as confidential or proprietary or that, given the nature of such information or the manner of its disclosure, reasonably should be considered confidential or proprietary (including but not limited to all information relating to technology, customers, business plans, marketing activities and finances), (b) will use such information only for the purpose(s) for which it was originally disclosed and in any case only for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under these terms, and (c)will return all such information to promptly upon the termination of these terms. All such information will remain each Parties’ exclusive property, and each will have no rights to use such information except as expressly provided herein. Each Parties will not use any trade name, trademark, service mark, logo or commercial symbol, or any other proprietary rights or any their affiliates in any manner without prior written authorization of such use by the other Party.
